Due to the perishable nature of our small-batch bean-to-bar chocolate, we cannot accept returns; however, we are committed to ensuring you love your experience and will replace any items damaged during transit.
Return Process

Please examine your chocolate bars or gift sets immediately upon arrival to ensure everything is in perfect condition and matches your order.
- 2.Document Issues
If your items arrived damaged or melted, take clear photos of the packaging and the product to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our team at hi@dandelionchocolate.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and any supporting photos of the issue.
- 4.Receive Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed, we will issue a replacement shipment or a digital gift card for the value of the affected items.
